Warranty will be voided if the TV Packing is found opened before the technician arrives. Company will not be responsible for the damages found in the open package. Warranty will not be covered for damaged occured due to thunder, lightning, earthing related issues.

Report Product Issue:
For product issues, the first point of contact will be GotMatter support center. Once the issue ticket is raised, the ticket will be forwarded to Ridaex Service partners instantly. A certified service person will visit the complaint location and check the issue. If the issue is major and not resolvable, complete piece to piece replacement will be done in next 10 working days.
Product Replacement Policy:
Once the product is received by the end customer, a 3 day trial period will be given to the customer in order to evaluate the product. If the product is found non operational, a return pickup will be scheduled at the earliest. Once the product returns back to Ridaex warehouse, the replacement will be initiated instantly. The overall return and replacement process would take around 12-15 working days.
Product Delivery :
Product cancellation cannot be done if there is a delay in delivery due to weather conditions, road blocking events like strikes, bandh , major road accidents and celebration events.
Product Cancellation :
Cancellation charge of 7% is applicable once the order is placed and order confirmation mail is sent.
